RETURN POLICY

Fineblue studios will gladly exchange or refund anY item(S) within 14 days of order receipt Please send us an email before sending ANY item(S) back so we can provide you with a return authorization number

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted

Item(s) to be exchanged or refunded must be returned with all original packages pouch(ES) box(ES) and polishing cloth(S) Fineblue studios must receive the returned item(S) within 7 days of return authorization for exchange or refund

For any returned item(s) you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping
